It also works with videos embedded in other websites, that belong to Youtube as well.
Furthermore, SpeedBit Video Accelerator includes a small browser that you can access by double clicking on its icon within the taskbar.

Honestly, I don't see the difference. I don't think this program can do much more.
For me, the program is excellent; it really helped me to watch videos on YouTube. I recommend it.
